Amazing Narelle. Her way of interaction with us is extremely professional. She has never realized me that I am not taking care of the property. She have always admired us to follow her instructions. I liked the way she doesn't push the tenants to do this and that. Her best advice’s have always led me living in a positive and healthy way at our property. We have always tried to keep the property in a way what we got from the first day. I would say she is best in her work. Keep it up. Bless you👍🏻

Great experience working with the ladies from Property Central Penrith team while we rented through them. They were amazing in organisation, communication, payments, final inspection and all other areas where they were required. Narelle has always been very meticulous and thorough with her work always going above and beyond to ensure my property was maintained and looked after as if it were her own. It gives a landlord upmost reassurance knowing your nest egg is in trusting hands when your agent genuinely cares and follows up on any problems they pick up on between inspections which Narelle rarely missed any problems tenants may have tried to hide through out a renting term due to how thorough she was. I would most definitely recommend Narelle to anyone seeking a great trustworthy agency as that level of care is hard to find and with Narelle, you don’t feel like just another landlord.
